I have always loved Christmas music. I love tradition, and I love the lack of pretense. This collection includes some time worn standards, some lesser-known gems, and a few Christmas songs that I penned specifically for this record. It was recorded in Germany in the magical Stockfisch studio, produced by Gunter Pauler, and features the amazing fingerstyle guitarist Ian Melrose (with whom I cut the basic tracks), and gorgeous vocals from Margaret Fiellin.
